Mimi Farley Elementary Students Shine at Area Battle of the Books Competition

Students from Mimi Farley Elementary showcased their reading skills at the recent Area Battle of the Books Competition held in Pampa. Demonstrating impressive knowledge and teamwork, the students won 2 out of 3 rounds, ultimately securing a proud 3rd place in the area.

Battle of the Books is a national competition that encourages students to engage with literature by reading a carefully selected list of books each year. For this competition, participants had to read a total of 10 books and were tested on their understanding through a series of detailed questions related to the stories and characters.
