The Teachers On The Rise program. Started by Mrs Baird's Bread and United Supermarkets 11 years ago.  Mrs. Baird’s is excited to continue the program this school year.  Teachers On The Rise honors three teachers each month based on student and family nominations--elementary, middle school, and high school. Once winners are selected, a fun, quick yet well-deserved presentation to honor the teacher and the nominating student and both are given them some great prizes.  BRISD is pleased that Blakemore Middle School has our September middle school Teachers On The Rise winner this year.  Our winning teacher is Ms. Taylor Sims!”
